Judge

Philippe Behan

He has owned and exhibited Chow Chows (Mingfieldchows) in Ireland since 1981 and has produced up to 11 Irish champions. He joined the Chow Chow Club of Ireland in 1984 and has since held various positions within the club.

Currently he is the secretary and is the representative of the breed at the Irish Kennel Club.

 

He has already judged the Chows in Ireland, Denmark, England, Belgium, Finland, Holland, Portugal, Norway, Sweden and Ukraine.

He passed the examinations in order to judge all the races of groups 1, 2, 3, 5 and 9.
